Sending and refund of product

Delivery of all orders is carried out at the factory of Rasis Sazeh Asia Co., located in Tehran, Khavaran Road, Abbas Abad industrial town. The conditions for the sale of the equipment are Ex-Work. In accordance with the Incoterms International Law, all costs of carriage, insurance and ... are the responsibility of the buyer.

If, for any reason, the customer considers returning the purchased item, it will first notify the company by E-mail to along with the order number and the reason for the return. After receiving this request, Rasis experts will contact you and will manage the process of returning the goods. It is worth mentioning that the cost of transportation to the factory is responsibility of the buyer.

The working day means Saturday to Wednesday, every week, except for public holidays in Iran, and all orders are processed during the working days and the first day after the holidays. Rasis Company gives its customers 24/7 days ability to order, but  it is possible to answer and track and send orders from 8 am to 17 pm working days. All orders registered at Rasis Company are in the queue by sending the order code via SMS and pre-invoice by E-mail. Rasis always feels responsible for the delivery of all registered orders, the ultimate in accuracy and effort. Nevertheless, if the inventory of the company ends in the store, even after the client's order is made, the right to cancel the order or the refund of the order for the company is reserved, or the customer can replace the goods that are over, with another product.
